Data Collection and Consent

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), by signing up you consent to the collection, recording, storage, and processing of your Personal Data by Xuelah (operated by VAIM SDN BHD).

Purpose of Data Usage

Data collected is used to provide and improve our services, including user registration, authentication, communication, and access to platform features.

Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data, including secure storage, encryption, and access controls.

Zoom Integration

If your organization connects Zoom to Xuelah, we access and store the following Zoom data: your Zoom user ID and email address, details of the Zoom meetings created through Xuelah (such as meeting ID, title, time and join link), and the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Zoom.

This data is used only to identify the connected Zoom account and to create, update and delete Zoom meetings on behalf of your organization. It is stored in the Xuelah database and is not sold or shared with third parties. Xuelah does not access your Zoom recordings, chat messages or contacts.

We keep the Zoom connection data until your organization disconnects Zoom in Xuelah, which deletes the stored connection, or the organization account is deleted. To access, correct or delete your Zoom-related data, email info@v-aim.com. See also our Zoom integration guide.
